Are You All In?
January 3rd, 2012A famous tightrope walker walked a high wire across a big waterfall. When he got to the other side he told everyone he was going back to the start and he was going to cross the wire again. This time he was going to do it pushing a wheelbarrow full of dirt.
So he walked back and got the wheelbarrow and looked down at the people watching him. He spotted a little boy. “Do you believe I can do this?” he asked. The child said, “Yes!”
Then the tightrope walker dumped the dirt and said, “Okay, then get in and go with me!”

Do you tell people you believe in Jesus Christ?
Then you need to get in the wheelbarrow!
The wheelbarrow is God’s plan for your life. And by the way, Jesus is pushing the wheelbarrow, and He’ll never dump you or let go!
You can’t have one leg in and one leg out. It doesn’t work that way. You gotta be ALL IN!
Yeah, I know it takes a lot of faith and trust to get in the wheelbarrow. Sometimes it feels a little wobbly, and you don’t know where you’re going. You have to submit to the one who’s pushing it and have faith that He knows what He’s doing. He does!

Good word here P. Miles, “submit to the one who’s pushing it”. One thing to say, another thing to do.
